This is where the OPTIMIZER was born. Corn, cotton, wheat, alfalfa - OPTIMIZER One Pass Tillage units have clocked hundreds of thousands of acres of field time putting their long-lasting frames and wear parts to the test.
NEED TO FILL OUT
True One Pass Tillage: The 18-ft-wide Model 4000 and 12-ft-wide Model 2000 both offer complete primary and secondary tillage in one pass. Convert your field from post-harvest to planting-ready in one pass and break up compaction at the depth of your choice. Customizable setups are available for multiple conditions, including rocky soils, deep traffic pan, and abrasive soils.
For deep-rooted crops such as alfalfa, however, a two-pass system may be required. Combine a light disk pass with an OPTIMIZER pass for minimal and effective tillage.
For shallower tillage needs (6-7" working depth), the 1000 Series offers complete surface tillage. Invert and incorporate crop residue, take down low borders, and leave the finish of your choice.
For tractors under 350 HP, true one-pass tillage units may be out of range, but you can still reduce your passes down to two. Combine the 1000 Series with the 3-point CR Chisel Roller and break compaction down to 12" depth before or after your 1000 Series pass for disking and incorporating.
True One Pass Tillage: The 18-ft-wide Model 4000 and 12-ft-wide Model 2000 both offer complete primary and secondary tillage in one pass. To keep fields with drip tape healthy and yielding, run chisels at shallower settings to keep compaction from building up and avoid any tangles with buried drip lines.

The 1000 Series was originally designed for orchards. For working depths of 3-4", only 11HP per foot is required, making these a perfect fit with smaller orchard tractors.
Perfect your finish by choosing from the offset, tandem, and reverse tandem options as well as the implements of your choice.
Save more passes and improve your orchard floors by enhancing the 1000 Series models:
- Orchard Ditcher (contain irrigation leaks)
- Trailing Seeder (plant cover crop while you till)
- Orchard Float (till and float in one pass for ground-harvest nuts)
Break up orchard floor compaction at 6-12" depth for healthier root growth and reducing drainage issues. For an added benefit, the 3-point CR Chisel Roller Series destroys rodent burrows and dens in the process.
For heavy residue, the 5-row 1000 Series is your best option for one-pass disking and incorporation. The 1000 Series comes in sizes as narrow as 5-ft working width (6-ft frame width). Choose the tandem or reverse tandem configuration for the straightest course.
For low to medium residue, the 3-row 3-point 300 Series inverts weeds and incorporates surface residue. Choose from working widths as narrow as 4-ft (5-ft frame width) up to 8-ft (9-ft frame width). This unit is designed to operate in close quarters with a protected scraper and few snag points.
For low residue rows with compaction issues, the 3-point CR Chisel Roller Series offers complete chiseling coverage across the working width. Reduce standing water issues in clay soils and leave a flat crumbly finish.
